On our way to Australia, we were lucky enough to find a flight with a whole 24 hour layover in Hong Kong. So we got a hotel room for the night, and went exploring. We spontaneously decided to take the boys to Disneyland, and then we went downtown to explore. Hong is truly an amazing city and we were blown away by how beautiful it was. Here's some pics. Enjoy! I'll get the Australia pics loaded sometime in the next few days.

The kiddos being cute while we were at a stopover in Taiwan. Funny thing, these weren't even our seats!

Gabriel loving the train ride in Hong Kong. Their metro system there was really good. And cheap.

Aaron and I at a transfer station in Hong Kong. Taking in the view. We've got a future Wickley photographer in Gabriel!

The metro line that went to Disneyland was all Disney'd out, including Mickey Mouse shaped windows!

Yay for Disneyland! It was so fun! So they've been to Disneyland in Hong Kong now, but not in the States. Hmmmmm....

Gabriel pretending to surf like Mickey Mouse! That fountain was way cool.

Aaron and the boys in front of Disneyland. Aaron claims it looks just like the LA one. He should know, he's been there a bunch since he lived in Sou Cal.

Aaron and Gabe on the Dumbo ride-Gabe got to watch this movie on the flight home from Australia with their on Demand personal movie system thing.

me and Joshy on the Dumbo ride...kind of a scary up close picture...but I like it.
Disneyland was so fun! We went to a Stitch show where they pick people from the audience to interact with and they picked Gabriel. Surpringly, Gabriel mumbled his name into the mic. I was proud of him. Even if I had to clarify in the mic for him. Gabriel is pretty hard to say, especially when you're 3 and you're really shy. He LOVES Stitch. So that lucky kid got a stitch robot and visor cap for souvenirs.

Aaron and me in the streets of dowtown Hong Kong. There were LOTS of people! It was definitely tough with a stroller but we managed. Somehow. It was a late night, but we had a lot to pack into a 24 hour layover.
Aaron and I celebrated Valentines Day at a "Romantic Dinner" set up on post. The food was delicious and the company was awesome! I wore the pearls Aaron gave me for Valentines Day when we were engaged 7 years ago! I can't believe next month will be 8 years since we started dating! We followed our "Romantic Dinner" with cosmic bowling, where Aaron bowled amazing and I bowled at least a dozen gutter balls! The 90s music was awesome! Let me see the Tootsie Roll!

Sesame Street Live came to Camp Humphreys where we were able to attend a free performance! Gabriel and Joshua loved the free light-up Elmo toys and both boys were just in awe of the performance itself. We got to see Elmo, Cookie Monster, Rosita, Grover, and Zoe sing and dance on the stage and it was very exciting for the boys. Thank you Sesame Street for all you do for the military families!
